I bought a car on approximately July 15th, but the dealer was uncertain about many of my inquiries. Altogether, I have spent an additional $1,400 on top of the $9,500 I initially paid for the vehicle. I regret my decision, and I urge you not to make the same mistake! Proceed with caution! Although they offered me a $50 gift card, it hardly compensates for the substantial expenses I have incurred for this 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan. More

This is the absolute worse place to get a car. They’re set in their ways & won’t help you out at all. They ran my credit, risking my credit score, & sold our car 40 minutes before we could there b They’re set in their ways & won’t help you out at all. They ran my credit, risking my credit score, & sold our car 40 minutes before we could there because my finances weren’t approved prior dude to the fact the banks were closed the day before so they decided to give the car away to someone else & all they could say was “sorry this is first come first serve”. Didn’t help us in anyway except “offer a discount” for the trouble but when they found the car at another dealership the discount didn’t apply. Absolute worst customer service, offered no support or other options. AND they left us for 3 hours waiting for help after their initial talk with us. DO NOT go through this trash dealership unless you want your heart broken on the way to pick up your new car. -200 out of 10 stars. More
