Went in to buy a used Chevy Malibu and first wanted a appraisal on my trade in. They low balled me on the appraisal (car was worth 34k and they tried to give me 27k) and instead of negotiating, they told appraisal on my trade in. Extremely unprofessional. So I went to another dealership like they recommended and bought a brand new car AND they gave me 36k for my trade in. Eco Park lost a sale because apparently playing on your phone is more important than helping people out and actually giving people a good deal. 0/10- telling all of my friends and family to steer clear of this place and you should too!
