This dealership is large and inviting. I was matched with a representative quickly and we reviewed the inventory to identify options that fit my needs. I was not intending to purchase I was matched with a representative quickly and we reviewed the inventory to identify options that fit my needs. I was not intending to purchase a vehicle straight away, but found just what I wanted with the right miles at the right price. Overall I am pleased. Unfortunately I arrived on a Saturday morning which may be the busiest time of the week for the dealership which caused an extensive wait for paperwork, financing and final steps. I had to return on Monday to finish it up. I was also disappointed that the vehicle could not be delivered to my home in Fort Worth. Since I had not traded in a vehicle I had to find alternate transportation for the new vehicle and my current vehicle. More

Great experience buying a car at EchoPark! I actually did the paperwork online then Lilia Galindo reached out to me to get a couple of documents to compete the purchase and arrange for pickup.
