The car was cleaned and shiny, and we had our photo taken, it was just an awesome experience. I'm sure we will be returning to purchase another vehicle if the need arrives. This was our second purchase from Echo Park, we purchased a 2018 a Mercedes Benz in 2021; still have it and it's in great shape. The facility restrooms were clean, just needed some snacks. Echo Park went above and beyond in customer service with my Lexus ES300h 2022 purchase and repair work this last week. Apparently, the car I purchased had an after market bumper placed on it that was not in my Lexus ES300h 2022 purchase and repair work this last week. Apparently, the car I purchased had an after market bumper placed on it that was not installed correctly, when a sensor popped out Park Place refused warranty service citing it was not installed correctly. I called echo park and asked them what could be done.. AJ stepped up and said he would make it right and he did!!! I had to get home for the holidays and needed my car fixed fast. AJ got my car back up to standard and washed and detailed it super nice! I would be remiss if I do not give a shout out to Lilia Galindo my original sales rep that helped coordinate the repairs and help sell me the challenger I purchased for my son this year too! Echo park is amazing! This is how car purchases should be! I live echo park! More
