Poor Timely Customer Service Follow-up Its going on 4 weeks since we purchased a car from Drivers Select. We were promised a "we owe" for a cracked tail light and to check cars alignment. Its going on 4 weeks since we purchased a car from Drivers Select. We were promised a "we owe" for a cracked tail light and to check cars alignment. Never heard anything from our sales person. A couple of weeks later we called on a Monday morning and we were promised that a customer care team member would be calling us. Friday still no word, so we made a trip out there being that it is 4 days later and promised again from a supervisor that 1 of their 4 customer care team members would be contacting us soon. Still no word. Customer service skills from this particular sales person and the customer care team are beyond poor. Yes, Drivers select is great for selling cars for way less than the actual dealerships sale them for but they are terrible when it comes to keeping their word. I should have known since the gentleman selling us the car showed no enthusiasm, poor work ethics and sloppy appearance. I guess if your looking for a great price and poor customer service then some people might be satisfied. They could truly use some pointers from the employees at Goodson Acura. More
