Edward was friendly with good customer service. During my visit I was sent another vehicle lead with lower miles and a lower price tag. I told Edward that I wanted to see the other vehicle (I honestly had th visit I was sent another vehicle lead with lower miles and a lower price tag. I told Edward that I wanted to see the other vehicle (I honestly had the intention of purchasing from the other dealership) since the vehicles were very similar and the price and mileage was lower. As I phoned the other dealership to inform them that I was en route, the salesman on the other end did not have the best customer service and was rude!!! Well, long story short...I refuse to spend my time and money at an establishment with bad customer service, so I turned around and went back to purchase the car from Edward at dealer select!
