No pressure, but occasionally checking in with me to see if I had questions and always timely responding to any questions I had. I had told him of my purchase timeline and he was the perfect salesman. No real pressure but good follow-up throughout the process. This is for Echopark / Driversselect Dallas. We had a great experience the first time we bought a car at Driversselect before Echopark bought them. We used to speak highly of them. Then we were treated h great experience the first time we bought a car at Driversselect before Echopark bought them. We used to speak highly of them. Then we were treated horribly. We had shown interest in a car that sold to someone else. On Jan 30, they called and told us it was still available as the buyer did not pick it up. We provided a deposit to hold the car and began 3 hour drive to Dallas from Austin. 115 miles into the drive, they called and informed us that they sold the car to someone else. They asked us to buy car, then left us 3 hours from home. We wasted 6 1/2 hours, because they called us to buy their car. This does not align with their parent company Sonic Automotive's values. They say they are: Selfless, Communal, Friendly, Empowering, Real, Listeners, Respectful, and Honest. Their actions do not align at all. More
