From the first phone call to Echo Park, Robert was friendly and able to easily set us up an appt to view a few vehicles. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Mark Johnston. Mark showed us several vehicl friendly and able to easily set us up an appt to view a few vehicles. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Mark Johnston. Mark showed us several vehicles and answered any questions that we had with professionalism and efficiency. Even the day after, Mark was coordinating our purchase and final details on his day off. He scheduled us an appt that day and we met Henry to help assist us with signing the necessary docs and to pick up the vehicle. Henry was personable and helpful. We all even had a few good laughs.
