We texted on and off while I was trying to find the right vehicle and he was awesome from the get go. He answered all questions and we were able to have everything done via text before we went to see the vehicle in person. All we had to do was take the vehicle for a quick spin to make sure it was everything they said it was and then an hour later, the papers were signed and we were off.
