This was the best auto purchase that I have ever had. Very easy. Our only complaint was that the car had been recently serviced by Sears per the carfax report and an oil change was performed. When we got the vehicle home, it had a small drip coming from the oil drain plug. I could see that they had overtightened the drain plug so that it had in fact split the washer and this is where the drip was coming from. I went ahead and did a full oil change again, replaced the washer with a new copper washer and fixed the leak. I would recommend you use somebody else for your maintenance if this is the kind of work they do to prep cars for sale. Also, the vehicle did not come with a full tank of gas which would have been nice. It was only half full. Tiera McDowell, your representative that responded to our initial AutoTrader inquiry, was less than responsive. Something is not working there and since we were interested in the vehicle, I ended up contacting EchoPark directly and was connected with Edward Shaffer there. He turned out to be very helpful. Edward was great to work with and we really like the vehicle. This is definitely the best way to purchase a used vehicle. Nice operation, good business model y'all have and I would highly recommend Edward to anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. More
