Do not believe the people on the phone. After being told one thing on the phone-that I can discuss buying a vehicle with my trade not there, I drove 45 minutes in traffic one way to be "dism After being told one thing on the phone-that I can discuss buying a vehicle with my trade not there, I drove 45 minutes in traffic one way to be "dismissed" by the staff. I was really wanting to talk numbers about buying a van however, I was told that they cannot do anything unless I had my trade in there. Bait and switch. Basically 2 hours that I will not get back. And during COVID! Entire dealership full of people (over a 100)-few wearing masks. I was quite disappointed but learned a valuable lesson. Really read reviews before doing (or trying to do) business with a company. You must understand that if your vehicle is older than 4 years, they really have no need of you. More
