My wife I had been to two dealerships prior to visiting EchoPark and at both lots they had a LOT of vehicles to look at. When attempting to test drive them, most of them were unavailable to drive. I'd looked at vehicles at EchoParks website and found one that I was interested in so we headed to the lot. I was greeted immediately upon entering the lobby and was asked to wait for a few moments. I waited around five minutes and Charles Bright showed up gretting us warmly. We spoke briefly and within 20 minutes of being at EchoPark we we driving the vehicle that I had seen on the website. My wife fell in love with it. We purchased that same day. Charles was very attentive and seemed to hinge on our every word. He was very accommodating and professional. We appreciate all of his help. The process took a couple of hours to complete but Charles walked us through every step of the transaction so that were were always clear about what was going on and never felt abandoned.
