Second, it states that feedback like yours helps us get better & you would like to prove to us that you took my feedback to heart and have improved. HOW? You would appreciate my understanding?? My wife and I were treated with the utmost disrespect at Echo Park, and I don’t know what opportunity you can take to prove to us you have improved.

In case a reminder is needed to my earlier response, hear is a copy of the email that was sent to the district manager of Echo Park Grand Prairie. Dear Mr Smith, We need to inform you of the terrible experience we had at the Grand Prairie Echo Park dealership. We’re not people to blast places on social media just to moan and groan but we do believe people should be held accountable and we should never had been subjected to the point of utter frustration and disappointment that we were. Let me explain: First of all, we are repeat customers. We pass many dealerships from Haslet to Grand Prairie but chose to return to Echo Park because of our pleasant past experience. Monday evening (7/29) we were greeted by a very enthusiastic salesman named Logan Thomas. He was polite, accommodating and after several test drives we decided on a car to purchase. We didn’t have time to close the deal so Logan made arrangements for someone else to help us the next day as he had the day off. Here’s where everything falls apart and why we need your help explaining what happened? We arrived at 1:30p as previously agreed upon with De Andre King-Mc Neal. We did not leave Echo Park until 7p and all we had to accomplish was paperwork. We have excellent credit scores, all IDs and insurance proof at our disposal so there were no problems that we created. But what we endured during those 5.5 hrs was utter lunacy. It took 30-45 mins before the salesman Mark Pederson even came up to us and he made it clear with his snide remarks he felt Logan should be taking care of us. He had us fill out a credit app and left for 15-20 mins. He asked for an insurance declarations page and left for 20-30 mins. We asked about our trade in value and offered him our keys because he hadn’t asked for them yet, again more time of ignoring us. It took 3 hrs before we finally received a trade in value and payment amount and that was only because we asked for our keys back so we could leave. Suddenly, De Andre pulled the information up within 3 mins. That’s ridiculous! So we figured out an agreeable payment. We left to get a cashiers check while DeAndre promised to have all the paperwork done by the time we got back. We also asked if the new car could be washed since it was so filthy you couldn’t see if there was any scratches on it. Deandre promised it would be cleaned “and personally inspected by him” before we returned. We came back and the car was not clean. We took DeAndre out to the car and he admitted it was “unacceptable” and he’d send it back yet again. We asked to talk to a manager and we were introduced to Paul. He never handed us his card so we don’t know his last name. Paul said all the right things but couldn’t give us a reason why this was taking so long or why we were being ignored. He even admitted it was a slow day, offered us some free car wash tickets and thanked us for not being rude or loud and for treating him in a respectful way. But still we waited. The second time the car came back it was better but nowhere near being proud to drive it off the lot. We finally finished the paperwork at 7pm. No one showed us how anything worked in the car, no one thanked us for our purchase, no one walked us to the door. You’d think that would be the end of it, right? Oh NO! We get pulled over by a police officer on the way home for no plates. Echo Park never even took the time on that car to put on temp plates. That was the absolute last straw! We called and were told we could come back and get them. Are you kidding me??? We don’t ever want to step foot in that place again. We experienced nothing but frustration and exhaustion dealing with them. All the pleasure and joy of owning a new car was sucked right out of us. Now we have a dirty car that took a whole day to purchase and no license plates so we can’t drive it. This is a long email and we left many details out. Although we’ve called both yesterday and this morning numerous times about the plates, we haven’t received any advice on how they will get the plates to us. Needless to say, can you get involved and get us an answer as to why we were treated this way? Please advise. Thank you,
