When I went to go look at the car which I scheduled an appointment for the car had been moved to a different location. They had to bring the car back and when they did they brought it back damaged with a appointment for the car had been moved to a different location. They promised to put in a free work order to fix after I bought the car and never out in the work order. I called for two months with no retuned call until finally I went to the location to talk to someone about getting it fixed. Also when purchasing the car both I and my adviser told the dealer, "Griffin Hammond" not to add the service warranty to the car and it was added anyways.they charged me 3000 dollars for and I am now in the process of getting that fixed as well. All together they were unorganized, did not listen to instructions, and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to buy from the. It would actually be the exact opposite. More

Prices are great, service SUCKS, HORRIBLE, AWFUL, DISGRACE, and any negative word you can think of. It would be nice if they actually called customers to repair the issues they promised. I thought they were amazing…. Until I’ve tried to reach them since! I’ve sent multiple emails, and called having to leave my voice mail! Which all go in answered!
