The facility was lovely and clean--even the restrooms-- and it is clear that they take alot of pride in the image that they present to their customers, as it made it much more comfortable for me to purchase my vehicle from them with confidence. I drove almost 50 miles to see one specific vehicle that I saw online, but it was certainly worth the drive. They even gave me a FREE CarFax report! These guys were great and I would certainly look to them again for my next new vehicle as they had a parking lot full of FABULOUS things that I would drive ANYTIME!! There is no preasure put on you to purchace a vehicle and they are very knowledgable with the cars in their inventory wich is rare to find in a used car dealership. I would highly recomend them to anyone and in my oppinion Carbiz is definately one of the better used auto dealers in Baltimore.When the time comes for me to purchase another vihicle, Carbiz will certainly be my dealer of choice.
