Sam (salesman) showed me several cars with that make/model and did not try to push anything else. After I found the one I wanted to buy, I sat back with my dad and chatted but they took care of everything. I was in and out, driving home in my new car, in about 2 hours. Much better experience than when I went looking at the dealership and they have a great initial included 1 yr warrantee. Like I said, my dad was with me and even though he lives out of state, he is thinking about buying his next car here. More

We didn't intend to go back to the same dealer- This is the 2nd car we've purchased at CarBiz. The last was about 5 years ago...maybe a couple more. We didn't intend to go back to the same dealer--they just happened to have the car we wanted both times. I think it goes to show that they consistently find good cars to sell to their customers. The no-haggle part can be odd because you wonder if you really got the best deal, but at the end of the day, is saving a few hundred dollars and driving a crummier vehicle really worth it? Both times, we decided no, and have been happy with our choice. More
