I was in no hurry to buy so I h I have bought plenty of new and used cars over the last 35 years, but my recent experience at Carbiz was exceptional. I was in no hurry to buy so I had time to compare price, value, features, etc, and Carbiz had the best deals and a decent inventory. I was looking at used Honda Accords about 3 years old (a Dave Ramsey-like purchase) and doing lots of online comparisons. Daryoush Aghdami was our sales guy, and he was very understanding, as my wife and I were not the easiest customers. We drove almost an hour to the showroom from Montgomery County, arriving there just before closing, but we were treated very well Even my 8 year old daughter enjoyed the experience, especially playing with the dog of another salesperson. Who says buying an used car can't be fun? More

Truly Astonishing I’ve had several cars over the past few years, and have helped many friends and family through every step of the purchasing process, and I can say tha I’ve had several cars over the past few years, and have helped many friends and family through every step of the purchasing process, and I can say that Carbiz is, beyond the shadow of a doubt, the only lot I will continue to do business with. I’ve been known to make salesmen jump through a few hoops via rapid change of car to car before my decision is finally made, and often testing their knowledge of the vehicles on the fly. Tim didn’t miss a beat the entire time, and even better didn’t show the slightest hint of frustration from my rather high requests. When my mind was finally made on an impeccable example of a 2015 Audi A3, I prepared myself for the negotiations, only to find that the price was already lower than I even expected I could find one at. It was well below both NADA and KBB values, so I had no issue accepting asking price. It turns out the entire lot was this way, following a philosophy of delivering exceptional vehicles at honest prices. When the paper came up, Tim was literally running back and forth to the office as he could tell I was ready to get the ball rolling on this purchase. Everybody I dealt with bent over backwards to get me what was a fantastic deal on financing and a fair trade in offer on my truck. This was by in far the fastest and easiest time I’ve ever had at a car lot in any capacity. More

Carbiz car put wife's LIFE IN DANGER One week after buying '13 Prius at Carbiz, my wife hears a metallic sounding noise towards the front of the car. Never having had a serious issue wit One week after buying '13 Prius at Carbiz, my wife hears a metallic sounding noise towards the front of the car. Never having had a serious issue with any of our cars, she drives it home about 30 miles. When we take the car to the local Toyota dealer's service dept, the mechanic says to me "Someone's trying to kill you man." The caliper bolt on the front left tire had completely fallen out and was missing. This meant that if the car hit a big bump on the road, the front left brake could have completely locked up. If this happened on the highway (which she was on), it could have flipped the car!! How could the car have been carefully inspected?? On the slightly positive side, I called Carbiz and they quickly took care of the replacement cost, but you would expect at least that. ADVICE and LESSON LEARNED: (1) Even if you buy a car from a dealer, you should still have it inspected by your own mechanic. (2) Make sure the car comes with two keys BEFORE you negotiate a price. More
