We had one small hiccup about whether the vehicle had Apple CarPlay and they sorted it out and we were able to ma experience to have been excellent. Terrible customer service. Very nice when they’re buying the car. Got home realized no mats as advertised. Called salesman and he could not resolve. We just bought them ourselves, sent Travis copy of invoice and have heard nothing. I know it is a small complaint but feel like it was handled very unprofessionally. I intend to notify CEO David Smith. I do not care if they ever reimburse us but I want him to know how his manager treats customers. More
