Worked with Dorian Sinclair at EchoPark. A very good experience but quite different from a typical car dealer. No negotiation, no pressure. He offered the price without additional coverages and with additional coverage. He also provided information on securing the vehicle after hours. He fixed a problem identified, cleaned and filled up the vehicle. Overall very pleased with the process so far. The only recommendation is to allow customers that pay a certain amount down to take the vehicle for a pre-inspection check at the customers expense of course prior to the purchase. The return policy allows purchasers a similar ability to have the vehicle checked after purchase, but requires more paperwork and time if the inspection turns up something significant. This turned out to be an issue when the inspection uncovered some problems. The remedy started a bit shaky but the management team at EchoPark really stepped up to address our concerns and exceed our expectations. More
