Make sure you get your vehicle inspected before you purchase here. My girlfriend and I bought two vehicles in Feb of this year. While the sales team was very good to work with, the quality of the vehic purchase here. My girlfriend and I bought two vehicles in Feb of this year. While the sales team was very good to work with, the quality of the vehicle is not up to standard. Within 6 months of purchase we had to replace the tires on her car due to low tread and dryrot in the tread (not in the walls). During that they suggested that we get the brakes and rotors replaced. We took it to get a second opinion and they confirmed that they do need to be replaced and wouldn't suggest we take the car on a road trip that we have planned. Supposedly there is a 180 point inspection. Tires don't dry rot and lose enough tread that they need replacing in 6 months. Especially when her work commute is a mile. And you would expect that a car sold would have brakes that would last more than 6 months... I was told by Echo that this is likely just normal wear and tear and that we are out of the 30 day warranty. Oh, and for what it's worth, I needed an oil change 3 months after I purchased my Audi. More

There were several of the same CX-9’s available to look at and compare. That helped with knowing if engine sounds were the same and parts looked the same. Nothing wrong with the salesman although slightly pushy as it was late and he wanted to be home which is fair enough. However I did have the card reader shoved in my face to try to hurry up and cover up th as it was late and he wanted to be home which is fair enough. All that and I still would probably leave a good review if I had not gotten bad tires. The salesman assured me they change tires to any car that needs it. We'll it was dark and I didn't notice but when I got home my right rear tire was bald. Called salesman to which he said to send an email. Again nothing wrong with salesman as he was helpful. But as I went to send the email I noticed that my tires were actually from 2019. I bought a 2022 ram so I am less than happy. I never sent the email as I highly doubt this would be rectified. As I need a new full set of tires. Wouldn't say not to buy from them but I would say show up early in the light of day and double check them on their claims. Not cool to have tires 3 years older than your vehicle. More
