My husband and I visited Echopark this summer to find a vehicle for my kids. We worked with Stephanie P. during our visit and had a good experience. We recently started looking at vehicles again and decided to return to Echopark because of the condition of the vehicles we test drove, and also due to the positive customer service experience we received from Stephanie and other staff members. Upon our return to the dealership, we were able to work with Stephanie again, and we examined and test drove the car we researched online. The car was in really good condition, and it was well taken care of by the previous owner. My daughter really loved the car, so we purchased the vehicle. The overall experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend Echopark in Duluth, GA to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. The staff are friendly and it is a no pressure environment, (which is always a plus).
