Very poor. Tech did not respond to my repeated messages one day (to put a hold on one car), then I made an appointment with her to buy the car that day, only to Tech did not respond to my repeated messages one day (to put a hold on one car), then I made an appointment with her to buy the car that day, only to receive a phone call later that the car was sold the day before (!?), that the tech I was talking to (Carrie Anderson, who contacted me online) works in a call center, not in their branch in Duluth, etc. I think EchoPark should honor their price commitment to the buyer with a similar car. Until then, frustrating experience and would not recommend to anybody! More
