Good prices but they don't call you back if you try to do business on the phone. Sales reps are good folks. Tried to buy the car I wanted online at the posted price, but when you reject the warranty and w business on the phone. Sales reps are good folks. Tried to buy the car I wanted online at the posted price, but when you reject the warranty and want to finance through your own credit union it seems to want to kick you out. Weird. The warranty adds like 1 to 3 K to the overall price. More

If you’re looking for a pre-owned vehicle I recommend checking out EchoPark. Understand that their model is about service. However, it’s how management reacts to problems that sets companies apart. In my experience EchoPark is concerned about their customers and will work with you to try to satisfy your concerns. I’ll look to EchoPark for my next vehicle purchase. More
