Do not walk…. RUN from this dealership. We bought three cars on the same day from them and it was an absolute nightmare. Started the process at 11 AM and did not en RUN from this dealership. The customer service during the paperwork phase could not have been worse…. We had to sit there for hours waiting for somebody to even come up and acknowledge us. And it wasn’t just us, there were tons of people that were still there waiting with us in extreme frustration. They ended up I win us money after the transaction, but it took weeks of constantly calling and going to the dealership to get my money back. THESE PEOPLE TRULY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area…. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this one. More
