I got my car from Echo Park in Duluth GA, Robert was our sales person and was with us during the whole process. He was very friendly and very professional. Made my family and I feel welcome. 9 days after ge sales person and was with us during the whole process. He was very friendly and very professional. Made my family and I feel welcome. 9 days after getting the car while I was driving to work the car downshifted and was not accelerating properly. I called the dealership and was put in touch with Marvin Wilson. We communicated all morning about the issue going on with the car for a couple hours in the morning by phone and e-mail. I got the car to a Kia Dealership close to my work and even though My 2018 Kia Optima was under warranty the service guy said there was nothing they could do and refuses to tell me his name when I asked him. I explained that it was under warranty and that I live 75 miles from home and he said we can’t do anything. I got the car back to The Dealership at Echo Park in Duluth. Marvin messaged me and told me he was on his way out talk with me. He asked for my keys and had the service department look at my car. He came out and told me that they have to order the part to fix my car and told me they are putting me in a loaner car while the repair is being taken care of. This is my second time at Echo Park in Duluth and I am Leaving very happy with the situation and the amazing customer service all around. Echo Park has my business for life. Thank You Marvin and all who greeted with a warm welcome from the time I arrived until the time I left. Thanks for making the situation right.
