It is hard to rate individuals below. ..the first person we dealt with in sales for test drive is not listed, but he was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, and did not tell us anything a ..the first person we dealt with in sales for test drive is not listed, but he was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, and did not tell us anything about the process. The second person who checked us out (we paid via cashiers check) was even less communicative - told us nothing about what we were signing, or the process and barely spoke at all - once we signed everything, he literally stood up and walked off without saying a word. We waited 2.5 hours after they said it would take 25 minutes. No one even said sorry about the wait, etc. until 2 hour in. More
