Just purchased a new F150 through these guys. Pete worked with Rich to give me real numbers the first time around. Later one we worked with Chris where they got me approved. While I ultimately decided that this was not the car for me at this point, that in no way soured my opinion regarding the experience I had with this dealership. I will be returning to them later this year as the 2021 line up does include something that will be a better fit for me. I would recommend that anyone looking to make a car purchase at least gives Echelon Ford an opportunity to earn their business. I am sure that my experience was not a divination from their normal operating procedure so am confident that anyone can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.
