One Automotive Group Eau Claire had my daughters 2019 Jeep Cherokee in their shop for 2 months and failed to diagnose it correctly over FOUR times. They had it from JULY 8th until we towed it from there Jeep Cherokee in their shop for 2 months and failed to diagnose it correctly over FOUR times. They had it from JULY 8th until we towed it from there September 4th. Her engine blew up in their hands due to them countlessly misdiagnosing it. SHE DROVE IT IN THEIR SHOP AND IT LEFT ON A TOW TRUCK NOT DRIVE ABLE. After MONTHS they said they could not help her and that the warranty company had denied the claim to replace the motor. We told them over and over if they would find the cause to the problem it would be covered under warranty. After two full months of her Jeep being in their shop she decided to then tow it to Markquart in Menominee. In ONE day (less then an hour) of them looking at her car they found the issue. They had it covered by warranty in another day. After being told by One Automotive they tried getting warranty coverage four times and there was nothing else that could be done except paying them to replace the engine. Markquart had a new engine covered and on the way. Why in two months could they not do what markquart was able to do so quickly? How did a software update and oil change turn into a blown up spark plug and engine??? I could go into detail about every single thing she went through with them for months and the absolute lack of communication for the first month and how much advantage they tried to take over her being a female but the end of the story is I DO NOT recommend one automotive group to anyone. Think TWICE before you buy your next vehicle and not only where you buy your vehicle where you get it serviced as this was there service department. This all would have been avoided had she not had it serviced there. If she wouldn’t have towed her car to Markquart the only option they gave her was to pay them over $12,000 to replace her engine that they failed to get covered under warranty four times because they continued to misdiagnose after it blew up IN THEIR SHOP. I gave the ok to a $1000 fix. They never told me it would be a week for the part to come in. No call so I was without a vehicle for 2 days until I called and said if it was ready. They apologized that no one called to let me know that it would be a week for the part to come in. They said they would “detail” the jeep for my inconvenience. That’s been over 2 1/2 weeks ago now. No call. No email. No text. Nothing. Waiting for the call to bring my jeep back in to fix the issue. This is the second time I brought the jeep in for this issue. Neither time has the issue been fixed. They didn’t even look at it the first time. The ineptness of this dealership is laughable. We will not be recommending or taking our vehicles here ever. More
