Our salesman, Steve Connell, showed us around to a few cars in my price range while we were there. I fell in love with this baby blue Jeep. It was having battery issues, as it was freezing. The crew at ECA went above and beyond trying to fix the issue so I could test drive it, but ultimately it was going to need a new battery. Steve got it all fixed up and ready for me later in the week, periodically checking up on me to see if I was still interested. I ended up buying the Jeep on a Saturday. The entire crew, especially Steve was exceptionally not pushy and helpful. I highly recommend them, I love my Jeep! More
