These clowns have no clue when it comes to service. Made an appointment I waited two weeks for and was told “quick fix. Just plug in and reprogram your TPMS sensors. Less than 30 minutes.” Showed up to Made an appointment I waited two weeks for and was told “quick fix. Just plug in and reprogram your TPMS sensors. Less than 30 minutes.” Showed up to a service person who didn’t even seem she knew what vehicles were. Then asked to leave it for the whole day. I said no I’ll wait. After about 10 minutes two “service managers” came out to tell me how complicated and in depth the fix would be and I’d need to reschedule. I schooled them with basic knowledge and left. Took it to MC Motorwerx down the road and they had the fix inside of 10 minutes. WILL NEVER GO BACK to Eau Claire Chrysler. More

Ryan the salesman the sales manager and a man in finance dept all deceived me about my finance I told them I used RCU and they said they could do finance through RCR there They never even tried them and ins dept all deceived me about my finance I told them I used RCU and they said they could do finance through RCR there They never even tried them and instead used Ally finance at 11.74% interest $6289.20 finance charges and 72 months. They refused to give me a copy of my credit report when I called only the credit number. When I discovered the deception I refinanced through RCU at 6.94% interest for 60 months at $5.00 more per month payment. They used a free credit site that reported my credit score as 40 points lower than RCU. Also Ally finance refused to give RCU any info on the loan when they called about refine. Now I am concerned about the quality of the car I purchased More
