Will not be returning after they tried to convince me it's normal to change engine air filter every 3000 miles. Left the shop and checked the air filter, it was perfectly fine regardless of what they sai it's normal to change engine air filter every 3000 miles. Left the shop and checked the air filter, it was perfectly fine regardless of what they said. I also watched them pull a similar stunt on an elderly lady when I was previously at their shop. Very untrustworthy mechanics who do not report service to carfax and will not follow maintenance schedule. They also stated I didn't need the required maintenance that nissan lists in the service book that came with the car as they knew better than the manufacturer. Lots of red flags, but this is where I bought the car from so I tried to stick it out. Will buy my next new car from a different dealer as well. More
