I gave the ok to a $1000 fix. They never told me it would be a week for the part to come in. No call so I was without a vehicle for 2 days until I called and said if it was ready. They never told me it would be a week for the part to come in. No call so I was without a vehicle for 2 days until I called and said if it was ready. They apologized that no one called to let me know that it would be a week for the part to come in. They said they would “detail” the jeep for my inconvenience. That’s been over 2 1/2 weeks ago now. No call. No email. No text. Nothing. Waiting for the call to bring my jeep back in to fix the issue. This is the second time I brought the jeep in for this issue. Neither time has the issue been fixed. They didn’t even look at it the first time. The ineptness of this dealership is laughable. We will not be recommending or taking our vehicles here ever. More
