I made the deal to purchase my CRV and then went to sit in front of finance: Irshad Hussain. We spent hours back and forth dealing and when we finally agreed upon everything, he rushed me through the documents that I needed to sign. Yes, I should have looked at each number again, but why would I think there was dishonesty when we finally agreed on the deal. The next day I reviewed the documents and did the math and I was being over charged $786. It was hard to notice since it was just a $10 difference in each month's payment. I thought it was just a simple mistake and it would be easily corrected. WRONG! Irshad Hussain first response is: you must have misunderstood what was said. I then asked if this is why he rushed me through signing everything and his response back is if you do not like the deal, you can cancel it, we are not making any money off your deal anyway. The response for the next 3 months from Irshad Hussain to the general sales manager was: either being ignored or If you do not like the deal, we can cancel everything. Never once was there a denial for the intentional over charge or an apology for the over charge. I finally received a refund for $786 at the end of Dec. Most people do not review their documents or notice the difference in what was agreed upon the since it is sneaked into the monthly payment, so it seems that everyone that has purchased a vehicle or will from Easy Honda needs to review their monthly payments and make sure you are not over paying for your vehicle. This seems to be a VERY dishonest dealership and it is unfortunate that Dante Spears is stuck in the middle of this and who knows what else this dealership is doing dishonestly! 1 Star is even too good for them, but the system would not allow me to submjt without at least 1 star. They can falsely advertise features of a vehicle, then tell you, tuff, they aren't responsible. Several features that were listed on my vehicle were missing, including something so basic as floor mats. Mike promised to have them shipped to me and email the the order to ensure I received them. Several weeks later, no floor mats, no calls, no emails, no communications. I have left multiple messages with the Sales Director, confirmed he was at the dealership, and shockingly, no response. Honestly, most of the process was no horrible with this dealership, until Mike decided not to follow through. It's too bad, my son was wanting a Honda and now it looks like we will be going through Carvana. Thanks Mike for making this an "Easy" transition Carvana. More

Two wasted days and 180 miles driving for a CPO Ridgeline that sales mgr. ultimately backed out on the deal, after personally agreeing. They suggested I buy it anyway, and make some aftermarket modifications! Service manager tried to mislead me about the problem as well. Now some poor unsuspecting person that doesn’t understand mechanics, will get stuck with it. I cannot trust anything they represent about their cars anymore. More

We bought a Honda Pilot in 2021 from Easy Honda. The process was smooth, amazing, and felt like we were treated with respect. In July of 2022, my family was in a roll-over accident that totaled our car. We returned to Easy Honda because of our previous experience. This time, it was an unpleasant experience (aside from our sales guy Jeremiah). Some highlights: * I was told there were no current promotions. I brought up Honda's promotions on the website to show what incentives were available (Honda Loyalty, financing rates). * We were told cars were not sticking on the lot long and the only way we could ensure we'd have a car available when we were able to do financing was to put $1000 non-refundable down. * The sales manager knew we had been in an accident and were waiting on insurance payouts, yet still asked us multiple times to "close the deal" so it would be in their July numbers. * The finance person snuck in $3500 worth of addons we did not discuss. (Changed the Honda Protection package from $1,500 to $3,500, added warranty we did not discuss). * The finance person oversold warranty and used the refund from our previous warranty as a reason that the "new warranty would look higher". Extended LoJack and other warranties saying "I want to make sure you're protected," but didn't discuss what that meant. (I should have walked away from this sale, but had been in financing for 3+ hours and was in pain from the car accident we were in). * The quoted price of the car with sales tax was $54,000. The initial end price of the car (with a hefty down payment and a 2.9% interest rate over 60 months) was quoted to be $75,000 ($21,000 in extras and interest). * We paid to have the towing package installed and were told that could happen while financing the vehicle. We were called a couple hours before our financing appointment to say they did not have the part. At no point in the process were we told the part was unavailable. It's been 2 weeks and we have no update on when the part will be available. In summary (TLDR): Easy Honda took advantage of a family with an under 2 year old and a pregnant woman who had been in a recent car accident. (I should have walked away and given up the $1,000 non-refundable payment). More
