The Eastside Subaru staff, and especially Mark DesHarnais, were helpful, polite and there was no high pressure. We talked about what I was looking for, Mark gave me the keys and I drove around for an hour. When I came back we talked about which model I wanted and having been on the internet, I already knew what I would pay. There was no salesperson running back and forth to the finance department. This was a great experience from the first time I went in to the day I picked up the car. More

I was very excited to get a new car at Eastside Subaru and they made the experience wonderful to go through. Like with any car purchase, you have your fun moments of negotiation but I felt that the dealings were genuine and in the end everyone left happy, I certainly did. Anya was wonderful to work with, she seemed genuinely excited for me and my purchase and not from a sales perspective. If and when the time comes for a new car (Which will be a while because every Subaru I've owned has stood the test of time) I will be returning to Eastside Subaru. Thanks Anya! More
