Very happy with my experience and my car! Of the five cars I've owned in my life, three have been Subaru and I think any future ones will be as well! I was very excited to get a new car at Eastside Subaru and they made the experience wonderful to go through. Like with any car purchase, you have your fun moments of negotiation but I felt that the dealings were genuine and in the end everyone left happy, I certainly did. Anya was wonderful to work with, she seemed genuinely excited for me and my purchase and not from a sales perspective. If and when the time comes for a new car (Which will be a while because every Subaru I've owned has stood the test of time) I will be returning to Eastside Subaru. Thanks Anya! More

Great experience - thank you Mark DesHarnais! I worked with Mark to get my parents into a Subaru Crosstrek. Given their age, my father's health issues and a reticence to deal with a car dealershi I worked with Mark to get my parents into a Subaru Crosstrek. Given their age, my father's health issues and a reticence to deal with a car dealership, my parents presented a challenge, but ended up thrilled with the car choice, the service - got it over from another dealership, put on the protection coating, and ready for them as they arrived early to the appointed time. Mark was courteous, funny with my Dad and provided a fair price on the trade. Everything was as we expected, and it was a pleasant experience for all. I could not have asked for anything different. highly recommend Mark at Eastside. More

Do no go here! The service here is horrible. They treat you very bad especially if they find out you like one of their cars. They gave us a very bad pricing for our The service here is horrible. They gave us a very bad pricing for our car and made us call them multiple times until we gave up almost to make a deal. Brandon Bitser was our agent and he gave us one of the most terrible services ever. Highly recommend not to go here. Edited: After a month of purchase, my car tyre was punctured. Took it to Les schwab to fix it. They told me that the tyres were factory tyres from the original purchase. Brandon told me the tyres were changed recently. They cheated us! Do not go here! Bad Service and Money grabbing! More

The guy who helped me, David H, engaged the dealership and pointed out that the issue was not caused by negligence on my part, but by a known flaw in production. Subaru honored the extended warranty and my part of the bil was less than a third of the total. David made the best out of a difficult situation, something rare nowadays. More

Good work It is difficult to fix a "rattle" in the dashboard area. The service technition and I took it out and he heard it. That's half the battle. They did fix what they thought it was and though there is still a rattle, I know that they will keep looking until the problem is solved.
