Great Experience; Everything was pleasant and swift We walked in to Eastside Subaru on a January Saturday morning after "falling in love" with the Forester during a car rental. Jordan from Eastside was welcoming and ensured we got our questions answered about features, trim levels, colors :), upgrades. When we walked in, we were 50% inclined towards Subaru, and after an hour (which included 20 mins of our deliberation), we were 100% inclined. The friendly salesmanship at Eastside Subaru played its part in helping us make the decision. The paperwork was swift and we drove out our new car (Forester 2020). More

Pleasant experience, recommend Jose Vasquez Very easy to interact with this dealership during my test driving and elimination process prior to actually deciding to buy from them. I did my resea Very easy to interact with this dealership during my test driving and elimination process prior to actually deciding to buy from them. I did my research which required a couple of visits, emailed with Jose Vasquez about how I wanted to proceed with dealer financing and price details. When I was ready to go into the dealership I still required some more culling through their existing stock and Jose was patient and willing to provide the necessary information each time I had a question or concern. This was despite having another customer to attend to at the same time. It was efficient use of time when I was ready to sit and choose from existing stock and sign the paperwork to the final interactions which included a tour of the service department as well as a great run through on the nitty gritty of the features for the car I purchased. Competitive dealership for your next purchase Good pricing and communication. Their internet prices are very competitive. They care about the customers and want to genuinely help improve the experience of buying/selling a car. Purchased a new outback 2020. There were some hiccups during the process but Jethrow (manager) smoothened things out. Things to improve: 1) Better tools and training to decrease time taken to finish the paperwork. 2) Do things right the first time and improve on customer friendliness. More

Not a huge SUV but also the one where a family of 4 would feel comfortable traveling long distances 2. AWD 3. Adequate fuel economy 4. Reliability After about 1.5 months of research and test drives we narrowed down our search to Subaru Forester and another brand and after even more research and evaluation decided to go with Subaru. When we first time came to the dealership for a test drive we met Isaac who was not pushy, knew features of the Forester very well, conducted a productive test drive where we had a chance to try out all the aspects of the car we were interested in. Especially we were a bit worry about number of Forester's reviews saying that despite all its great features it is not so fast/powerful. In addition we were interested in experiencing how bad the noise level is and override ride comfort. After the test drive we didn't have doubts that the aforementioned fast/power related "issues" are not issues - we just didn't experience any of those, probably it depends on type of a driver habits but for us this was definitely not a slow or anything like that car. While we were test driving it Isaac managed to point our attention to most interesting (don't know how he predicted we would like those things) features of the car in not intrusive way so he didn't really interfere in a negative way with our test driving experience while we also were discussing with each other our experience. After the test drive we exchanged contact information and then continued communication via email. I must say at that time I also was negotiating the price with another Subaru dealership who were also pretty helpful and responsive but I still decided to go with Eastside Subaru because they were a bit more patient by really answering and negotiating everything over email comparing to the another dealership where, after number of email communications, I was told at some point something like: "please stop by in person - it will be easier to discuss" which is understandable from one point of view but for me, a customer who wants to find the best deal while optimizing my time - it would just not be productive to stop by multiple dealership in person to negotiate. So, after negotiating everything via email with Isaac and couple of his co-workers, we stopped by the Eastside Subaru to sign the lease, we didn't make an appointment but just showed up. By the time we were there - Isaac was busy with other customers and to save our time we were offered help from another great Eastside Subaru employee - Jordan, who did everything without loading us with unnecessary or tiring activities (my wife leased a car with another dealership 3 months ago where we had much more involving experience of signing a lease), he only "bothered" us when it was absolutely needed, like for instance, grabbing details needed to run a credit check. On that day I was still recovering from a cold I caught few days earlier and taking into account our previous lease signing experience I was not even sure whether I could stand it on that day but Jordan managed to organize everything well and fast, the time we spent at the dealership was very adequate. We were glad Jordan helped negotiating good deal for the service maintenance as well as trading in our old car. While going through the process Jordan went through all main points again and also explained most important details of the contract, we then quickly signed financial documents and headed outside to see the car. At this moment Jordan went though the car's features inside and outside of the real car to make sure we really get at least main things prior to leaving the dealership, in addition he was pretty good answering our probably not expected/on demand questions. To summarize I can say I felt like people of Eastside Subaru are organically well organized, cooperative and productive not only with their customers but also between each other which basically helps them stay effective selling and servicing their Subarus - I evidenced they really work like a whole organism to do everything it takes to help customers fulfill their needs.
