Brandyn was very helpful and we spent several hours at the dealership, test driving 2 cars and getting the Outback we wanted. Cut corners Brought in 2013 outback for 2 recalls . They said I needed transmission and brakes flushed. $440 later. I didn’t care paying the extra because of the high ratings. But II would expect that they put the caps back on the brake fluid and snap down the other caps. I had to bring it back in because I couldn’t figure out where a random filter screen went to. Vita was wonderful to work with but she didn’t know where the filter went either. Eventually they figured it out. Vita said to me to bring it back if something starts to go bad. Not very comforting. The other issue is in this day of covid19 they used plastic seat and steering wheel covers and when I opened for the first time the wind blew out the plastic on me. I brought it back in the service center to the masked in employees who didn’t want to touch it. So they pointed to the garbage and to a hand cleanser . I hope they finished the work I wouldn’t know how to check. For being so highly rated there was no explanation other than what Vita said was they weren’t expecting me maybe? Yes you were they text me and said it was done. More
