Bought a vehicle working with Bain and he was amazing. Great to work with and answered all my questions and was very communicative when emailed before coming to test drive and buy the vehicle in person. Would definitely return to him for any future vehicle needs. The reason for the lower stars is due to the interactions when came couple days later to pick up vehicle. By time finished the sale and signing for the car the service department was closing so wouldn't have adequate time to get car ready so was to pick up another day. Bain informed me he was not working on Sunday that would pick vehicle up but that Ryan would have my keys and go over the vehicle one last time with me. When I showed Ryan was no where to be seen and they could not find the keys to my vehicle. I had to wait almost 10 minutes as the staff ran around the dealership trying to find them. Once they were able to I was met by the manager Jethro that was shooing me out. I informed him I was told I could get quick run down again per Bain. His response was "well just call Bain and schedule a day to come back again, or we give you plates in 3-4 weeks so if cant figure vehicle out by then we can further assist you." Whole time arms crossed and standing so I had only option to leave out front door. Further the problem, I was sitting in the vehicle trying to remember where all the buttons were and trying to show family member I brought and he was hovering outside just watching me in the vehicle till I started to drive away and he finally went back inside. There was only one family there the whole time that didn't show till AFTER I left the sales floor. If I had only interacted with Bain would have been a great experience. More
