my review is solely based on the service department which is quite rude. Ken, the service director seems to keep a grudge if you say that they are a bit overpriced (even a year ago). I wanted a 2021 Crosstrek Limited with power moonroof, navigation system. I was flexible on the color but preferred crystal black silica. Eastside Subaru had one available so I reached out. Gulnaza got ba navigation system. I was flexible on the color but preferred crystal black silica. Eastside Subaru had one available so I reached out. Gulnaza got back to me with more details and a discounted sale price. The only thing I didn't like about this car was that I was kinda being forced to take the crossbar aero set which I did not really want. I told Gulnaza that instead of the crossbar I would rather take the splash guards. But since the car was already in the lot they couldn't remove the crossbar but could add the splash guard as an after market accessory. Anyway, after a few days Gulnaza got back to me with some good and bad news. The bad news was that the car I wanted was sold. But the good news was that Gulnaza could get me another one for the same price and I had the option to remove the crossbar from the quote. Some where in the email chain, the fact that I wanted splash guards was missed. So I got back to Gulnaza and said I want the splash guard to be included in this quote since it was something that was included in our earlier discussions. Gulnaza spoke to her manager and got this done. The point I am trying to make is if you know what you want and how much you're willing to pay for it, reach out to Gulnaza. She is a no-nonsense, will-get-things-done kind of person and she is also very nice. I had my car ready for pickup 15 days prior to the due date. More
