I return to Eastside Subaru for a reason, and that is the exceptional, down-to-earth people who are apart of this dealership. This is my 3rd Subaru from Eastside, 5th if you count the family members I sent here after my first experience. From the coolest service department ever (shout out to Anne!), to Jesse, Bree and the finance crew, it's never a burden or dread to go to the dealership, as often perceptions of such are given. I got into a new Legacy on the 29th since my lease was coming to an end on the current Subaru I had. I had SO many questions since I didnt have a clue what was next- to lease again, to purchase, buy out my lease.... Ian was most patient and so diligent in getting me the information needed to make a decision I was fully confortable with. I worked with him in a span if abt 3 to 4 weeks. He was always prompt with any answers or estimates for the different probable scenarios. He gets an award simply for keeping up with me and my ever changing mind. He had let me know a couple new Legacys were going to be delivered soon, and kept me updated every step of the way. Never once did I feel swayed or pressured or uneasy about the buying process with Ian. He was truthful, forward (no sugar coating or difficult to understand), and really made sure it all made sense to me before making any decisions. I'd recommend Ian to anyone, especially those who want a personable, kind, knowledgeable individual who is a natural for making the process seamless and in all honesty, really fun. He took the time to get all of my info and documents ready to go so that when I came in to finalize and pick up the car, it was a quick in-and-out. Never have had little to no stress in any dealings with cars. You feel like a part of the family anytime you come to Eastside. Although I live in the heart of Seattle, even at times in the past commuting from South West Seattle, I go to Eastide for all my maintenance/services, and obviously for my 3rd go-round of getting into a new Subaru. Been to other locations closer for services, but it quickly made me value my experiences at Eastside more and worth the distance anytime.
