They exceeded my expectations and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Kudos to Lexi - Sales Consultant and Jesse - Finance Manager on a smooth and seamless process. After spending countless hours of online research and visiting multiple dealerships within the western Washington area, I ended up at Eastside Subaru. I phoned in a inquiry on a specific vehicle that was in transit to the dealership. Lexi, a sales consultant took my call and answered all my questions about the current inventory, the vehicles in transit and was able to match me to the specific model, trim and color I was looking for. She was very transparent about all my questions. Some dealerships wanted me to come in before answering specific questions about price, market adjustments, etc. Her eagerness in providing genuine customer service brought me into the dealership that evening to finalize the sale on a vehicle enroute and expected any day. Lexi was pretty easy going, knowledgeable about the safety / features of the vehicle and answered all my questions. I did check out the limited stock they had on hand. She was patient with me during that process, asked if I wanted to test drive a few different models/trims, but it wasn't necessary as I was set on my decision. There was a bit of delay with getting through Finance as they had a few others customers completing their paperwork, however, Lexi stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of, ensuring that process was smooth and painless. It's worth mentioning while waiting, she offered to pick me up some food while we waited. They do have coffee and some snacks in the waiting area, but held off. Once Finance was ready for me, she handed me off to Jesse to complete all the paperwork. That process was one of the smoothest I've complete at a dealership. I didn't feel any pressure form Jesse on upselling any of the vehicle ad-ons, evening finding me a rebate I was eligible for. In the end, the process took about 20 minutes or so. Lexi walked me out and told me she'd let me know when my vehicle arrives. Fast forward a few days, I get a call from Lexi about a vehicle with the same specs that came in, however, my vehicle is still in transit from the port. She was able to get me into that vehicle, all I had to do was resign the paperwork. The vehicle and paperwork was ready when I went into the dealership, resigning took no more than 5-10 minutes. I'm pretty sure she was off that day too as having recall from one of our conversations that she was going to be off for a few days but would still let me know if my vehicle came in. After signing, Lexi provided a thorough walkthrough on the vehicle capabilities and features. A few days later, I received a follow-up thank you email as well as a personalized thank you video message in a separate email. While that might be expected or an industry norm, It wasn't just a templated email or scripted message to check the block. Highly satisfied with Eastside Subaru! More
