Just a little warning before coming here. .. Make sure you have cameras in your car I've had stuff go "missing" out of my car and when called to ask who was working on my car the manager said .. Bought my subaru in 2013 here. But for the past 2.5 years, the service is at its worst. Every service i was shown a list of changes, totaling over $2500. The fun is, they keep sho But for the past 2.5 years, the service is at its worst. Every service i was shown a list of changes, totaling over $2500. The fun is, they keep showing the same thing as failed in test and recommend for a change when i actually have performed the change the last time. Once i brought in the vehicle for an oil change. They gave a big list. I approved few of those showing as failed. They did all that and forgot to perform oil change. I drive less and i go by the month for oilchange. This time the advisor forgot to add the oil change and all other work was done. i was going through the list of service and when i contacted, she said the vehicle has 2000 more miles to run to do oil change, when it was past the due date for oil change by a month and a week. Last to last service, they broke a part and put the panel back. I noticed that the replaced part was not aligning and reported. Now they said, they broke, ordered a new part and replaced it for free. Another time, they said, they changed the brake oil and charged. But they have forgotten to do it. when i found out, they replaced it the next time. Another time, there was a rattling noise after an oilchange. I was driving for over 2 days and when I opened the engine lid, i saw a cutting plier between two tubes. I returned it to east side subaru later. I will never go back to Eastside subaru service. More
