Negotiated a deal based on pictures and speaking with 2 different salesmen. I drove 5 hours to pick up the car only to find out it was in very poor condition and that both people had lied and misrepresente different salesmen. I was so nervous to buy my first car from a broker, but that all melted away pretty quickly when I drove up to see the car I was looking at. I was greeted with smiling faces, a lot full of beautiful looking used cars, and an super cute and clean facility. These guys are by far the best broker I went to, and I went to a ridiculous amount of brokers. I knew when I met TK and saw the car, I was going to buy from them. I would recommend to any friend or family member!!!! Honest, reliable, no hard sell, no BS, friendly, great deals. 10 outta 10 for sure! P.S. Ask TK about his rental property! Poorest, most inept, lying people I've ever dealt win my 50+ yrs of buying cars. Bought an 2015 Audi Q5, MMI (nav) screen quit before wife got on 410 headed for home after purchase. Finally threated to stop payment, said they'd help. $500. Called them week later after plates arrived without tabs. Told me I was mean & old, he'd changed his mind & I got nothing.
