Buyers beware. I do not recommend this auto dealership and encourage all to steer clear. We bought a Lexus GX 460 in April. 2 weeks later, the warning lights came on. We took it to a lexus dealership, onl and encourage all to steer clear. We bought a Lexus GX 460 in April. 2 weeks later, the warning lights came on. We took it to a lexus dealership, only to learn there was water damage, to the point there was algea growing in the ECU and the floors were soaking wet on the passanger side. We took it back to Eastlake to look at, no response for a week, until we called to follow up. We were told they would not repair it and it was sold to is in safe and working condition. When asked to provide a letter attesting to that, we were told "sorry, the manager isn't here." We only asked for them to fix the water damage, ECU and leak. We now have a car payment and repair costs for a vehicle that should have been in safe and working condition. Lexus also found reports that thebcar had been stripped of seats due to water damage in the past. More
I recently bought a 2009 Tacoma TRD from Eastlake Auto Brokers. Let me first say, I am extremely picky, tight with my money, and I always demand a lot of attention when buying a vehicle. I was blown awa Brokers. Let me first say, I am extremely picky, tight with my money, and I always demand a lot of attention when buying a vehicle. I was blown away by their customer service! I emailed Mr. Dylan (owner) at ~11:30 PM, and to my amazement, he responded almost immediately! Dylan personally, and fairly, cut the price before looking at the truck (RARE when buying Tacoma’s). When I came in for a test drive, the entire staff immediately greeted me with genuine smiles, attentiveness, and offered me beverages. Mr. Robi (sales rep.) negotiated the deal with me, and with the help of Mrs. Gella (co-owner), repeatedly made concessions tailored to my situation; saving me a considerable amount of money and time. They offered me more than I was expecting for my trade-in, which made the overall deal too tempting to refuse! To my amazement, Robi agreed to do paint touch ups; which were done beautifully, and provided me a loaner for the day. Overall, I have never had such a pleasant experience (free of pressure, overwhelming flexibility, and patience)!!! Not to mention, the truck was in pristine condition! Thank you, team Eastlake!!! You made my dream of owning a Tacoma possible... More

They prett Gave me inspection report of car. Everything looked good. After purchase I took to my independent shop and the tires where absolutely shot. They pretty much lied about the tires. I called them and gave the chance to do what is right and after Dillon avoided me for 2 days he finally said he could get me a 10% discount, which is nothing. I wouldn't of mind if they didn't represent the tires as they where perfect and no defects when the tires had the wires showing on the inside of the radials. More
Update 3/28/20 - Dealer tried to have my review removed from Cargus site!! It seems they found a loophole to get unfavorable reviews removed in order to boost their ratings. Use them at your own risk. J from Cargus site!! It seems they found a loophole to get unfavorable reviews removed in order to boost their ratings. Use them at your own risk. Just do not trust anything they tell you. My story... I found a used 2011 Nissan Altima Hybrid on Cargurus (at Eastlake Auto) and hoped for it to be for my teen driver. I talked to the dealer sales team and owner on the phone a good bit and got a good feeling about the people I was going to be doing business with. They were polite and professional. I also looked at the reviews and thought most looked good. I figured the poor reviews were some kind of misunderstanding. So, living over 3 hours away I trusted what I thought were good, honest people and put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, so I could pick it up over the weekend. Dealer wanted $500 over IMV, which would be fair if the car was in the condition they had claimed. We negotiated a little and I was told that if I put down a non-refundable $500 deposit they could hold the car for me. This is where the fun begins... I drive over 3 hours though the snow storm, in Portland / Vancouver area Saturday morning to get there. I go see the car and my heart sinks. I was told it was a one owner car (lie 1 - according to Autocheck), was in excellent condition and had a couple small dings and a few light scratches (lie 2 - car had significant external paint damage, cuts all over the head liner, pieces missing from interior trim, mold on the dash, large grease blotches in the trunk, door seals falling off, wipers needed replacement, driver door armrest broken, center console badly worn and both rear door jambs over the rear wheels looked like someone had taken a hammer to them 20x + times), excellent mechanical shape (lie -3, massive active oil leak, passenger side window switches not working correctly, very low and very dirty oil, burned oil when driving). The deposit was set to be "non-refundable" which I was ok with according to their description of excellent condition of the vehicle, but after I saw it, I strongly believe that the car was so vastly misrepresented that they should have refunded my deposit. The car really meets the description of "fair" condition on kbb. I really wanted the car, but it would have been an unreliable car for my daughter. I have worked on cars and in manufacturing for 20+ years, so I know my way around a vehicle. I called the dealer multiple times hoping they would talk to me or call me back, but they did not. The truth is simple. Dealer wants premium retail $ for cars that do not meet the industry definition of good or excellent. They are ok with telling customers things are ok, when they are not. I can not say that this dealer is honest, because with me, they were not. I cannot say that this dealer has integrity, because with me, they did not. I can say they were polite and courteous. More

A month ago I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 2013 in this store, not to speak and understand English very well, I made it very clear to the Seller that I would trust him and the store to buy this vehicle, th store, not to speak and understand English very well, I made it very clear to the Seller that I would trust him and the store to buy this vehicle, the seller told me that the car had carfax and was fully reviewed, trust and left happy with my new purchase, lasted a short time because, I could not work with the car until today due to problems that are happening, the first problem was the rear brake, when arriving at the store the situation was already critical, was noticeable that had damaged the brake discs, I left the car in the store for 1 day and when I returned they wanted to schedule to fix only after a week, I had to change the brake pads on own because I needed the car to work, second problem Amazingly, it was the lack of engine oil, nor wasted time taking the car to the store, I bought it myself and put 3 liters of oil, as the third problem thank God for by here telling you so, it happened to me driving at low speed, just the left front wheel bolts broke and it gave time to stop the car before the wheel out, that's right, almost lost the car wheel, I went with a friend who He can speak English and talk to the owner of Eastlake, and he asked me to take the car for them to fix, said in a way where we didn't understand that I would have to pay for the repair, this morning I paid the $ 130 winch to take the car to Eastlake, around 5pm I returned to pick up the car, and got the news that I owed $ 360 for the screws and services done without my permission, I didn't pay and they didn't return the car to me saying the damage is physical and they were not to blame what happened, that is, I am without a car, I lost a lot of money this past month, I have my debts overdue, I paid for a car and I have no car to work with, more Once I thank God for being alive and I am definitely looking for a lawyer to resolve these issues. NEVER BUY CAR IN THIS STORE !!!! RISK OF DEATH !!! More
Salesman lies outright! Two women who are like mothers to me and I went to look at an Outback that was for sale. The condition of the vehicle was grossly misrepresented and i Two women who are like mothers to me and I went to look at an Outback that was for sale. The condition of the vehicle was grossly misrepresented and it wasn't even drivable over 40mph. My friend who was shopping asked about other vehicles and the salesman said they had a Passat wagon. When I said my friend wanted all AWD or 4WD, the salesman said that the Passat was AWD and that it was an option. Volkswagen has NEVER made an AWD (or 4motion, as VW calls it) Passat, and I said so. Between a significant amount of automotive knowledge and service experience, and the fact that my own mother only drove Passats for most of my childhood. He still continued to lie, so I pulled it up on Google, showed my friends, and we left. BUYER BEWARE ! RUN AWAY from this lemon rip off shop! This is exactly the kind of car dealership I was always warned about! They fulfill EVERY bad car salesmen ! RUN AWAY from this lemon rip off shop! This is exactly the kind of car dealership I was always warned about! They fulfill EVERY bad car salesmen stereotype! A few specifics: 1. They advertise inside their offices that they are Better Business Bureau accredited. They are NOT. They are lying! I called the BBB and checked. 2. They sell bad quality cars. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. LOTS of complaints of cars that were in much poorer shape than you'd be led to believe. I also called a local lawyer who told me he has lots of clients who have spoken to him saying the same thing about this shop. More
These people ripped us off to the tune of $1,349 by faking a theft protection document. They changed the document after we signed, and submitted it to the bank. by faking a theft protection document. They changed the document after we signed, and submitted it to the bank. More
The Vehicle of our Dreams After a long deployment to Afghanistan this past year my wife and I searched for the perfect vehicle to sustain our families needs. We searched a numb After a long deployment to Afghanistan this past year my wife and I searched for the perfect vehicle to sustain our families needs. We searched a number of dealerships from JBLM along I-5 until we made our way up to Kirkland where we found Eastlake Auto Brokers. Eastlake auto brokers sales representative Derrick Walker went above and beyond to make sure we tested everything in the vehicle while going on a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the different vehicles we took into consideration and made it his personal mission to find us the right vehicle. We would like to give a huge thanks to all of Eastlake’s staff for making us feel at home and making my homecoming back to the US that much better! More
