Broke Down When I experienced a break down East Gate worked me in their service schedule promptly since I was Hundred ‘s of miles from home. I had to spend the nite since I broke down shortly before closing. They were able to get parts in and made the repairs quickly the next morning and also adressed other issues I had. I returned and home and returned to the Dealership were I purchased my Ram 3500 and they would not address my transmission issues that East Gate properly diagnosis my warranty was about to expire so I made an appointment to get repair done at East Gate it was a considerable drive over 800 miles but I was so impressed with East Gate Dodge that I made the trip. I was not disappointed they did the repair honored the warranty fixed the issue even though I had not purchased the truck from them. East Gate Dodge is a shinny example of what a true dealership should be, their courtesy, and workmanship, and concern for my problem was outstanding. I would like to take this time to thank them so much for them handling both my issues. More
