Mr.. Butler welcomed me with a warm smile and complete reassurance that I would be handled gracefully and respectfully. All the fears and anxiety I had went out the window. The process took 4 hrs start to finish which felt like 2. All the staff were welcoming and polite. I noticed all the customers there were leaving with vehicles and smiles from pleasant staff members. Mr. Butler made my experience seamless. I was referred by a relative and not at all disappointed.I’ve had my vehicle for over a month now and could the more pleased with my purchase! This is the 2nd time I've purchased a car from EAG. Mr. Butler was GREAT, knowledgeable, and attentive. Mr. Mike, who works in the financing department was EXCELLENT, got me INCREDIBLE interest rate. The entire process went smoothly, all the staff were friendly. Next car purchase, I won't waste my time with other dealerships especially Koons Ford who gave me "ying-yang" talk. EAG was accommodating in every way and had fantastic customer service. I'll highly recommend this dealership and will definitely use them in future car purchases. More
