From the moment I walked into Easterns Automotive Group Dealership I was greeted with the most highest professional, friendliest staff members. On Saturday, March 30, 2013 I decied to look for a new vehic Dealership I was greeted with the most highest professional, friendliest staff members. On Saturday, March 30, 2013 I decied to look for a new vehicle. My first choice was to go to Ourisman Chevrolet located on Branch Avenue, honestly I stayed for less than 10minutes before walking right out the door. Not so much of the inventory thay had or the price range but the attitude I recieved from the moment I steped foot on thier lot. I was approched by a man named Basil and in less than 10minutes he made me feel like I was a poor woman looking for a dollor bill, he insulted me by telling me a vehicle I wanted was too small for me before I even had the chance to look at it...so I walked out. With me being furstrated I said I am going to try Easterns and see what happens hoefully I won't have to walk out! One sales man came to me, shook my hand introduced himself and even shook my 13 year old daughters hand as well as my friend hand and jokenly asked was I purchasing a car for my 13 year old daughter, we all laughed. He introduced me to Debrina Tyler and from the first hand shake she was WONDERFUL!!!! Debrina was extremely friendly, polite, professional and she engaged into conversation where I found myself at ease to talk with her. Than I was introduced to the Genral Manager Ali Uddin, he was very friendly shook my hand, my daughters hand and my friend hand. I can say this about Ali; he worked his heart out to find me a car!! He would not quit unitl he made sure I was going to like and be comfortable in the car I was going to purchase. Between Debrina and Ali not only were they working hard for me, but other customers that were there before me and customers coming in after me they still made a point to come to the table where I was sitting to see if I was ok, to see if I needed anything and to keep me abreast about how things were moving for me. Ali made it a fact to come to me and ask me what type of car do I like, he never said or made me feel like he was going to say "well this is what we have this is what you qulify for". Ali stayed very much at my intrest and not what he could just throw me in and I thank him for that. Later that evening I met another manager by the name of Jentry Hobsn he walked over to the table where I was sitting and again shook all of our hands and introduced himself as we did, and again I can say he was very friendly and had such a calm, pleasent attitude about him...loved his smile!! We had a brief professional conversation and he stood up, shook my hand and congratulated me on my new car. Over the years I have heard negative things about Easterns and a lot of people I know kept telling me not to go to Easterns to buy a car, but that just goes to show that you have to expreince things on your own because I was treated with nothing but kindness, respect and caring people. I am extreamly happy with the vehicle I purchased and I love the fact that not only are the staff at Easterns just shaking your hand, they introduce themselves and they want to know your name they engage to find out about you even the family or friends that are just with you for support.
