Superior Service for a Saleswoman I first contacted Easterns Automotive Group via email, and was immediately connected with James at the Corporate office. James, was very professional I first contacted Easterns Automotive Group via email, and was immediately connected with James at the Corporate office. James, was very professional in his communication via the email and on the phone when we later spoke. He explained how Easterns Automotive Group work and went on to provide me with the names and a number for the managers at Easterns Automotive Group. He assured me that I would be getting a vehicle and I told him I would not count on that and I would see what happened. My appointment was setup for a Sunday morning, my husband and I arrived prior to the dealership opening and we were immediately greeted by the smiling and very happy Glenda Bradley. She, explained what time they opened and that she would be the one working with us once they opened. Once, the Easterns Automotive Group opened, true too James’ word, we were taken care of promptly and professionally by Glenda, and the other family members of Easterns Automotive Group. Everyone works as one family to assist and anyone who has a customer, regardless if they had one or not. And, well, Ms. Glenda, she was just breath taking, I applaud her for her dedication and commitment to her customers’. She treated you like you were already apart of the Easterns family. From the beginning of the process to the end of the process, she was very honest and forward, and upfront with ensuring that her customers are treated like family. We have since, grown very fond of her, and came back and bought another car the following week. She is the best thing Eastern has, and she is a rare jewel in the sea!!! Glenda, my husband and I take our hats off too you!!! Ali, was superior, he delivered, we were given options, and just told this is all you can get, and walk away. He said, I will see what I can do with the options we gave him and true to his word, just like Glenda said, he delivered.
