Unhappy Customer never going to Easterns AGAIN!!! I purchased a Dodge Journey 2014 on Friday March 18, 2016 and my truck have been in the shop since March 22, 2016. Which means I drove it all of three I purchased a Dodge Journey 2014 on Friday March 18, 2016 and my truck have been in the shop since March 22, 2016. Which means I drove it all of three times and the bank still wants a first payment on April 17, 2016. As a consumer this is unfair too me and Easterns are clueless to when I will get my vehicle back yet state they apologize and wish they could rectify the situation. The only way it could be rectified pay MY FIRST NOTE. Claim they feel bad and wish there was something they can do for me? Well we shall see what comphesation they are willing to give. I wouldn't recommend EASTERNS to my cat and I don't even like cats... More
