I was initially reached out to the dealership by a kind and very professional man named Reggie which even brought me into the dealership in the first place. Ms. Glenda is very warm and charismatic and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and does not aggressively push you to make a haste decision. Ms. Glenda took her time to gather all of my personal information and would shred the documents not needed to protect my privacy. Even on our test drive she made sure we took a clean and safe route void of too much traffic. Ali and Glenda worked together to really push some financing through for me and put me in the car that I wanted that would remain reliable and help me out of some past credit issues. They both took their time and explained the process and went through various options before I decided to pass for now. Both are very knowledgeable in their industry and putting major emphasis on the client-first ideology, I will certainly be back in the next month or so when I am ready to make this decision. All in all, speak to Reggie over the phone, he will bring you in and make you feel like you are in good hands. Walk into the dealership and find Glenda, she will ease the entire process and really work for you to make sure you get the car you want and then allow Ali to pull together your financing.
