$800 in repairs When I first brought my car I had to put down 2,500 ... 2.5 months later I have to pay $800 in repairs for my car and my car because of I need a brand When I first brought my car I had to put down 2,500 ... 2.5 months later I have to pay $800 in repairs for my car and my car because of I need a brand new ignition switch and my extended warrant doesn't cover it. I don't even have 50,000 miles on the car yet. Ali doesn't seem to care or their cooperate office... Their cooperate office manager Tim told me to trade it in and see if I get approved for it! Even if I was if to trade it in.... I would never go back to Easterns again! More

Working with Pablo (Juan Quinteros)! First of all, this is a glowing review--for good reason. My wife and I drove over an hour to Temple Hills to look at new cars. We had reviewed w First of all, this is a glowing review--for good reason. My wife and I drove over an hour to Temple Hills to look at new cars. We had reviewed what Easterns had available online and we found two or three models. When we arrived (5PM), we were greeted by Juan Pablo (he goes by Pablo) Quinteros. He patiently and knowledgeably showed all the cars we had seen online and took us for test drives in them. When none of our choices worked out, he took time to show us several other cars that might work. We test drove a couple and finally found the right car for us. It took us until 11PM to drive out with a great car. NONE of this would have happened if not for Pablo. He never pressured us, he never seemed preoccupied, he was always affable and willing to answer our questions, he found out answers to those questions he didn't know the answers to, and in short, PABLO MADE THE EXPERIENCE ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE. We will definitely call Pablo for the next used car we want to buy. Thank you PABLO! More
